Zalman MP1000 Gaming Mouse Pad Review

So Zalman did something that no one else could do. I finally cleaned off my desk, for the room I needed to use the new Gaming mouse pad MP1000. It's a big black mouse pad. I mean really big (Approximately 15.7 x 11.8 x 0.1 inches). It's tough, abrasion resistant, and has a large anti-slip rubber base. It's made from an eco-friendly material, High density Ply Jersey for that Smooth feel. Very smooth compared to the third world country crap I have now. This is a good match for the Mouse heavy games (shooter).

The Bang:

The quality is quite noticeable and I like the idea of it. I have a multiple screen set up, so it allowed me to cross the distance with out mouse hopping. I found out by accident how easy to clean it is too. I played a few games with it and I thought it worked very well.

The slack:

The mouse pad is too big for anything but gaming. I barely had room for it on my desk. I think this is more of a roller ball specific item. If you have a laser mouse it will stretch much farther than a roller ball.

The End:

Honestly, I never thought about having a professional mouse pad. I usually took the ones that were going to the garbage or those really cheap hard plastic ones. I have now taken into account how good it feels to the touch if you are a hardcore PC Gamer then trust me this is something to consider getting. I give the Zalman Professional gaming mouse pad MP1000 a TOV 3.5 out of 5 for just being smooth.
