Epic-1 your friendly neighborhood reporter is back!!!! This time I bring to you those Saturday Morning Cartoons from the 1970's (Vol. 2). As a child I remember getting up early, turning on the television to watch Saturday morning cartoons and these cartoons, brought to you by Warner Bros. did not disappoint. I purposely waited until Saturday Morning to watch these and it brought back a whole bunch of nostalgia. I would like to say to the WB personally, thank you and I can't wait to see more. This 2 discs 12 shows DVD is packed with good cartoons of which I will go through a couple.

The Hair Bear Bunch - In this episode we have Hair and the crew convince Mr. Peevly that he has a sickness and needs a vacation. The only thing is that his replacement is a military man and makes it difficult for Hair and the crew. They decide that Mr. Peevly needs to come back and the mischief begins.
The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Hour - This is a couple of Bugs and Road Runner cartoons placed together. My favorite one is of course Duck/Rabbit/Duck where Daffy Duck tries to convince Elmer Fudd that it's rabbit season and the witty Bugs reverse everything Daffy says and gets Daffy shot a couple of times. If it's duck season I'm a mongoose! (Sign goes up that says mongoose season) Boom! Daffy gets his beak blown off. LOL

Inch High Private Eye - A rich lady gets her diamonds stolen and it is up to Inch and his crew to find out who stole the diamonds. The only thing is that Inch and his crew are probably the worst group to have on this investigation.
The New Adventures of Batman and Robin - This episode we have the villain Sweet Tooth making the water supply of Gotham into chocolate. We also have a sidekick of Batman that is probably forgotten, in Batmite to complicating things.
With these classics you get also a whole lot more with the 2 disc DVD including The Banana Split Hour and Tom & Jerry/Grape Ape Show to name a few.

The Good:
The good is almost every cartoon in this DVD set. If you're a fan of Saturday Morning Cartoons and want to reminisce about the past this is the DVD for you. They're all digitally remastered and look great.

The Bad:
The bad of the DVD is definitely Sea Lab 2020 and Danger Island; these two are so boring I was glad they finished quickly, especially Danger Island, that it really did not make sense to me.

The Ugly:
N/A
So in conclusion get your Saturday Morning fix and get this DVD from the 1970's (Vol. 2) and enjoy some me time like I did. This gets a 4 out of 5 stars and has been Epic-1 tested and TOV approved!!!!
